Mark Lichfield has over 20 Years IT experience, and 10 years with Investment Banks.

He was Chief Architect for Corporate and Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. Before joining Deutsche, he was at CSFP as Head of Middle Office Architecture, and Bankers Trust as Global Head of Commodities and Energy Derivatives IT, and Head of European Cross-Products Derivatives IT.

He currently provides IT Architecture and Strategy Services to Financial Sector clients on a consultancy basis. Recent clients have included the Equity Derivatives group of a global bank based in Paris, and the Exotic Credit Derivatives group of a global bank based in London.

Nicolette de Joncaire Narten has over twenty-five years of business experience in financial Information Technology.

She was with Credit Suisse First Boston as Director responsible for Global Reference Business Processes Architecture as well as the management of the Corporate Data Warehouse. Prior to joining CSFB, she was Head of Information Systems for San Paolo Bank in London.

Other activities have included Product Marketing SYMBOLS, System Access' flagship product and representing Trading Edge, the first Internet high yield bonds brokerage firm, in Europe. Nicolette is a regular speaker on the subject of Risk and Data Warehousing.

Nicholas Beck has more than twenty years experience handling the integration of IT systems at the international level.

He is an expert in the design and use of groupware/collaborative software (Lotus Notes) for knowledge management and knowledge sharing.

He has worked as an independent consultant for international organisations in Geneva, Brussels and London, in the fields of network security, IT integration and video over IP.

Nick's clients include the European Commission, the United Nations and the State of Geneva.

Katherine de Sibour combines hands-on business experience gained in the world of Finance at Unifunds and MC Trustco with extended expertise in Web Design.

She boasts a wide portfolio of sites designed for small and medium size companies.

Katherine also conducts training course in web design and other multi-media software.

Helen Rex has 15 years of financial markets and information technology experience.

She was a Senior Business Analyst at Deutsche Bank and at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Helen has extensive market data experience acquired at Knight Ridder and SBC Warburg. She also has in-depth settlements background and used to run the FRA and Future & Options settlements at San Paolo Bank in London.

She has proved her ability to be an effective project manager capable of supporting large environments using multiple operating systems and applications, meeting project deadlines and budgets consistently and maintaining up to the minute project status.
